Fields The Academy boasts a 156 thousand m² area by Marechal Rondon Highway. It comprises five official size fields and two for specific training, and leading edge technology was used for their construction, including Tifton 419 lawn, for high density sports activities, drainage and automatic irrigation.
|
Facilities The Academy’s main building, an area of more than 4 thousand m² in two floors, comfortably lodges 144 athletes and 48 technical committee members and is equipped with common and leisure areas, separated for amateurs and professionals, which comprise leisure rooms, TV rooms and computer rooms. |
Work Out The main building also includes a modern workout and physical recovery center. This gym assembled by Life Fitness with leading edge equipment works jointly with the facilities for doctors, physical therapists and physiologists. The center also includes an indoor, heated swimming pool and a cryotherapy unit.

Nourishment Traffic Football Academy’s kitchen, built according to expert consulting, boasts a five-star hotel standard – with refrigerating chambers, comb ovens, cooking central island – and comply with all Anvisa and Vigilância Sanitária (Government organs) norms. Athletes’ menu is supervised by specialized nutritionists. |
Environmental Responsability Traffic’s concerns with health and the environment encompass the rational use of water and power in the whole TC. Rain water as well as that used for lawn irrigation and public areas washing is treated and reutilized. Sewer treatment is also completely made internally. Besides, the Academy utilizes three energy sources: solar, gas and electric.
|
Education Players from Sub-15, Sub-17 and Sub-20 leagues are required to go to school in Porto Feliz and take part, in the Academy’s auditorium, of extracurricular activities such as foreign language classes, etiquette and basic notions of personal economy. Besides that, all athletes while interned in the TC have access to computers and the library.

Academia / Rio In partnership with Nova Iguaçu Futebol Clube, Traffic Academy of Football/Rio de Janeiro will discover and select young athletes who, in a later stage, will be sent to Porto Feliz main academy. The Nova Iguaçu project is the first of several others that will spread to other regions in Brazil.
