Desportivo Brasil won the U-17 São Paulo State Championship

It's done! We're the champions! After 8 months of dispute, the Desportivo Brasil U-17 squad has won the 2012 São Paulo State Championship title. And it was deserved. After hammering Marília (6-0) in the final match, DB is crowned with the best campaign of the competition: in 32 matches, 18 wins, 10 draws and only 4 losses.

Always searching for the "beautiful game", Desportivo Brasil scored 88 times, with striker Bruno Gomes claiming the top scorer prize with 27 goals. The defense also did their part with a solid performance. This balance made Desportivo a hard to beat team and the trophy came naturally. 

This title closes a year of great accomplishments for the U-17 squad, winning 4 of 6 tournaments (Future Cup Brazil, Copa Ouro, Milk Cup - Ireland and São Paulo State), facing traditional clubs from Brazil and abroad.
